Gynaecomastia
Gynecomastia – Benign enlargement of the male breast resulting from a proliferation of the glandular component of the breast and fat.
Clinically Present as: Increase in breast tissue and breast Tenderness.
Treatment :mainly surgical,availble methods include
Suction liposuction
Power liposuction
Laser/vaser lipo
Excisional surgery
Combined suction lipectomy with gland exicision
